Terms and Conditions for Paying Guest Accommodation

  • The Paying Guest shall pay the rent on or before the 5th day of every month. Any delay shall attract a late fee of ₹500 per day. Delay beyond 10 days shall result in immediate termination of the agreement and revocation of services.
  • The Paying Guest must provide one (1) month’s prior written notice before vacating the premises. Rent shall be applicable until the last date of the notice period. Failure to serve the notice period shall result in forfeiture of the Security Deposit, without exception.
  • The Security Deposit shall be refunded upon satisfactory completion of termination formalities, including vacating the premises in good condition and clearing all outstanding dues. Electricity charges for the final month shall be deducted from the Security Deposit. If the final bill is unavailable, a reasonable amount shall be retained and adjusted later. The Security Deposit is strictly refundable and shall not be adjusted against rent or other charges.
  • Prior to taking possession of the premises, the Paying Guest shall submit all required documents for Police NOC and verification.
  • Entertaining guests or allowing overnight stays is strictly prohibited. Any violation shall attract a fine of ₹1,000 per night, chargeable or deductible from the Security Deposit immediately.
  • Lights and fans must be switched off when not in use to conserve energy.
  • Interactions with other guests are at the Paying Guest’s own risk. The Owner shall not be responsible for disputes or issues arising from such interactions.
  • The premises are for residential use only. The Paying Guest shall:
    • Take care of personal belongings; the Owner is not responsible for loss or theft.
    • Not bring additional fixtures or movable items without prior permission.
    • Bring only necessary personal belongings and wearing apparel.
  • Any misbehavior, unruly conduct, or illegal activity shall not be tolerated. If objections are raised by the society, neighbors, or authorities, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the agreement. In case of illegal activities, a 24-hour notice shall be served, and the premises must be vacated immediately.
  • The Paying Guest shall be liable for any damage caused to the premises, furniture, fixtures, or equipment and shall compensate the Owner accordingly. Misuse of facilities, disturbance, or payment delays shall be grounds for immediate termination.
  • Electricity charges shall be shared equally as per the bills received and must be paid on time.
  • Breach of any terms shall entitle the Owner to terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ notice. In cases involving illegal activities, termination may occur with 24 hours’ notice.
