- 3 People Sharing: Starts at ₹8,000/month onwards
- 2 People Sharing: Starts at ₹10,000/month onwards
- Single Room (Private): Starts at ₹24,000/month onwards
Do I have to pay a broker?
No. We manage the properties ourselves. You pay ₹0 brokerage.
How much is the deposit?
One to two months rent depending upon the bed you book, fully refundable when you move out.

Can I see the flat before paying?
Yes. Visit in person or take a video call if you’re not in the city.
How do I lock my spot?
Pay a small token amount to reserve your bed.
What do I pay when I move in?
- First month’s rent
- Security deposit
- One-time documentation/service fee
Bills & Facilities
What is included in the rent?
- Fully furnished room
- Bed and cupboard
- Washing machine, fridge, RO water
Extra charges:
- Electricity (as per usage)

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is provided.
Freedom & Rules
Are there any curfews?
No curfews. You get your own key and 24/7 access.
Can I cook my own food?
Yes, every flat has a fully functional kitchen.
Who handles repairs?
We do. Report any issue and our team fixes it quickly.
Safety & Trust
Is my deposit safe?
Yes. It is recorded in your agreement and returned on time.
Who else lives in the flat?
Only verified students and working professionals.
